The famous Lake District — Derwent Waters, Keswick (57.2 miles, 1 hr 2 min by car) and Windermere (73.8 miles, 1 hr 25 min by car). But from my experience, on seeing the breathtaking views, you will leave every other sightseeing for the next trip.
A day trip to Edinburgh — the train takes only one hour from the nearby train station.
Belfast and Dublin — Ferry port Cairnryan is under 2 hours from the property, a great place to relax on the way to Ireland or return. I will not be surprised if you postpone the trip and just chill in the property.
Amazing hiking tracks and golf courses close to the villa.
Annan is the nearest town, 6 minutes away, with Tesco and Aldi for your grocery shopping.
Gretna shopping outlet and historic wedding venue are only 12 miles away (16 minutes driving time).

For the safety and well-being of all guests, please carefully read and follow the safety instructions outlined below. By staying at the property, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

    1. Sea and Beach Safety
    • Swimming and boating are strictly prohibited.
    • Guests are advised not to go near the sea, as high tides and strong currents can be extremely dangerous.
    • The beach area may contain quicksand. This is a high-risk zone where previous incidents have occurred. Entry into this area is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

    2. Fire and Electrical Safety
    • Use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited.
    • Do not leave electrical appliances, including toasters, unattended, as they may cause fire hazards.
    • Guests must exercise caution when using any electrical equipment provided on the premises.

    3. Bathroom and Slip Hazards
    • Anti-slip mats are provided in shower areas. Guests are advised to use them at all times to help prevent slips and falls.
    • Pushpamrit Finance Limited and PK Waterfront Villa shall not be held responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

    4. Emergency Exits
    • Clearly signposted fire exit doors are located at the main entrance, kitchen, and lounge areas.
    • An additional fire exit is located next to the dining table in the room with a view.
    • To open this exit: turn the knob anticlockwise, pull the black lever down, and slide the patio doors open.
    • Guests are strongly advised to familiarize themselves with all emergency exits upon arrival.

    5. Liability Disclaimer
    • All guests stay at the property entirely at their own risk.
    • Pushpamrit Finance Limited, PK Waterfront Villa, the property owners, management, and staff shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, loss of life, or loss or damage to personal belongings occurring within or outside the property.
    • This includes, but is not limited to, incidents arising from natural conditions, sea activity, weather changes, fire hazards, or guest negligence.
    • Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of children and vulnerable individuals at all times.

    6. Acceptance of Terms
    • By occupying the property, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these safety instructions and accept full responsibility for their actions during their stay.
