The PK waterfront villa is the best place to stay for a quick break. An ultra luxurious villa with a breadth taking view is a great combination. Its so spacious and is equipped with all the amenities that you could possibly want. It is also very well located, as it is very close to a Tesco’s. It has great bars all around it. If you are keen on the outdoors, it has a great waterfront walk, treck up to the beautiful Loch Skeen. The owners have also made a guide of all the things available and to see. Very detailed and extremely helpful. Overall I would rate this place 10/10.
PK Waterfront Villa was one of those experiences that stays with you long after you've left. The first thing that captures your heart is the view which is breath taking, peaceful, and constantly changing with the light. Mornings begin with the most beautiful sunrise, while evenings gift you spectacular sunsets. It's the kind of place that naturally slows you down and reminds you to simply pause and take it all in ! The villa itself is wonderfully comfortable & thoughtfully equipped. Whether you're looking to unplug for a few days, spend quiet time with loved ones, or simply enjoy the stillness of nature, it offers the perfect setting. There's a lovely river nearby, and the surrounding countryside is incredibly calming. Practical conveniences are close too, with grocery stores just a short drive away, so you have the best of both worlds, peace and comfort, If you enjoy exploring, I would highly recommend a visit to Loch Skeen. It's about an hour's drive from the villa to the start of the trail, followed by a hike of roughly an hour and twenty minutes. The reward is unforgettable. A stunning, serene mountain lake surrounded by dramatic landscapes. It's one of those places where you find yourself wanting to stay just a little longer. For me, PK Waterfront Villa wasn't just somewhere to stay, it was a place to breathe and create memories I'll cherish. I can't wait to return for another season ! Reply, Reply All or Forward

A Chartered Acctt, having offices in India & in Dubai, I am an avid traveler having travelled from Gold Coast to Alaska. I enjoy writing about my travels & am a Level 4 Reviewer for TripAdvisor. In first week of June my family of 6 adults & 4 kids stayed in PK WATERFRONT VILLA for 5 days. It’s built on a sprawling 6,000 sq yards plot that is aesthetically landscaped. It is aptly named Waterfront Villa since its entire front is on the Water/ Beach. It also has view of mountains & one gets panoramic view of Sunset also being reflected on the Water. We were pleasantly surprised to see the huge room sizes, luxurious bathrooms, grand living room & ultra modern kitchen (2 Dish Washers) that was bigger than a normal bedroom. After daylong excursions, evenings were spent in a differing memorable ways in State of the Art Home Theatre or cosy family room or the Games Room. There was enough to engage everyone within the Villa including spotting cute Hare on the Beach. The Villa has been furnished with top of the line furnishings and it doesn’t look like a typical B&B place. It looks more like a personal countryside second home. We were impressed with the quality of maintenance and upkeep. Finding everything was easy because each Room and even Drawers were clearly marked. Property has a unique location as it’s a walking distance from Annan. Its strategic location makes all the Lakes at a very conveniently drivable distance. Our large group having diverse requirements discovered that facilities like TESCO, Gas Stations etc are within minutes. Indian & all other cuisines are readily available & can even be ordered online. Owners have prepared an encyclopedic Guide Book for the convenience of all Guests that is very exhaustive, comprehensive & answers all the questions. Quality of Linen, Beds, Mattresses, Curtains, Furniture etc was better than any 5 Star Hotel. Amazing to find that such facilities are available at such affordable price. One cannot ask for anything more!
